Within the next 120 days from the purchase date, I will fully refund the cost of your order in the following cases:
- Duplicate purchase.
- Ordered the wrong service.
- Changed my mind — the engineer has not started yet.
Within the next 120 days from the purchase date, I will partially refund the cost of your order in the following cases:
- Changed my mind — the engineer has already started. A partial refund will depend on the time spent according to the Delivery Policy, but will be no more than 50% of the cost.
- Not satisfied after 5 revisions — negotiate a discount for the next order or receive a 20% partial refund.
